I spent the morning with Nick (Owner and head of operations) getting the low down on the NSA operation and checking out the terrain. Both Snowcats where running and you could see snowmobile tracks cutting through the deep powder fields in the distance.

NSA have been operating snowmobiles for almost 8 years and the Snowcat operation for 4 years. The location is a short drive from Hirafu Village to a private concession and provides breathtaking views.

The snowmobiles are not for the faint hearted. The powerful sleds demand a high level of fitness and concentration but once you get to grips with the power (and powder) the experience with leave you mind blown.

The CAT skiing offers the deepest and steepest terrain that Niseko has to offer and the confident and knowledgeable guides make the day that much more enjoyable. An awesome mix of solitude and adrenaline will leave you breathless and wanting more.
