Cycling in Niseko is by far one of the fastest growing activities and thanks to the efforts of few committed individuals, we are seeing more and more cycling products being developed.

Road cycling in Hokkaido is world class because of the quality of the roads, scenic beauty and the range of challenge and very summer we are seeing more lycra clad, enthusiasts cycling in around the Niseko area.

Mountain biking is also taking off in a big way and both Grand Hirafu and Rusutsu resorts are looking to expand the downhill scene with investment into developing downhill tracks.

Last month saw the launch of the ‘Lets Cycle Niseko 2014 campaign’ which is a collaborative initiate set out to promote all forms of cycling in the Niseko area.
