Guest Services Driver

Explore Niseko is a leading activities booking center and provider in the renowned Niseko area of Hokkaido, Japan. Committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences, we cater to guests from around the world who come to enjoy the world-class skiing and snowboarding, as well as the unique cultural offerings of the region.

We are currently seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as Guest Services Drivers for the upcoming winter season. As a Guest Services Driver at Explore Niseko, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay by providing safe and efficient transportation services.

• Safely transport guests to and from various locations within the Niseko area, including ski resorts, restaurants, activities, and other attractions

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide assistance with gear and other belongings

• Pick up and drop guests for various Explore Tours

• Coordinate driving schedule subject to daily requirements

• Assist and support booking consultants

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for vehicles at all times

• Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about local attractions, activities, and amenities

• Assist with guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of guest services

• Valid International Driver's License with a clean driving record

• Excellent driving skills

• Ski resort experience preferred

• Driving in snow experience preferred

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese) are a plus

• Must have or be eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa

• Full-time and Part-time contracts are available

• Seasonal employment with the opportunity for extension (Dec 1st, 2024 - March 1st / 15th, 2025)

• Competitive hourly wage - ¥ 1600 per hour - Estimated 25/40 hours per week.
